Recycling is a way of reusing. Every 12 months the United States recues millions of tons of garbage. The garbage is moved to landfills, where the garbage pollutes the land and air. As a result of recycling, some garbage that would have been disposed is reused instead in new products. Many things can be reused, including aluminum cans, glass bottles, newspapers, magazines, and plastics. Composting is good because it is a type of recycling. It involves reusing certain food wastes and mixing things that can be used in places. Water can be recycled too. Before you can reuse water you have to clean it. There are a couple ways of recycling: internal and external. In item recycling, the waste produces a manufactured item. For example when copper tubing is being reused the copper ends up getting melded down. Government and groups that try to protect the planet have encouraged people to recycle.
